Collision Quest was formed to bridge the gap and create synergy in the collision market between what we feel are the four aspects of the automobile industry. These aspects include Repair Shops, Consumers, Insurance Companies and Suppliers. Collision Quest will form partnerships with "Best in Class" individuals and businesses to help us reach this goal.

Also, they will have access to business management programs, which well improve shop performance, shop effeciency and see problems areas in their shop. Also, an online paint formula library which will help shops better with color matching and variance testing on all makes and models.

Most consumers do not understand what to do next when they are in an accident. Collision Quest will provide step-by-step informantion to help assist you in the process. From lists of certified shops in your area and what to expect will happen while your vehicle is getting repaired. Also see which insurance companies offer coverage in your areas, and see consumer feedback as to how they handle the claim process.

Insurance companies will have access to consultants, shop owners and consumers to ensure better communication and relationships all around and to help make the claims process smoother. Much like shops, they can also participate in industry standard training classes to better understand the industry. Collision Quest will be the voice of Consumers, Repair Shops and Suppliers to the Insurance Companies.
Collision quest will be the gateway for suppliers to receive feedback on their current products and insight into which products are in demand in the current marketplace. They will have access to industry consultants and repairs shops to better supply their customers and better understand the collision industry.
